IN THIS COOKING CLASS

  • The cooking class is held in a gastronomy laboratory with a professional Bolognese English-speaking chef 
     

  • You will prepare the egg dough with the chef, stretch the sfoglia with the rolling pin and cut tagliatelle. You will also prepare all the ingredients for the ragù according to the original recipe
     

  • Finally, you will get to taste and enjoy your tagliatelle al ragù Bolognese

PRICE

69 € adults. The cooking class requires a minimum of 2 people.

In a gastronomy laboratory in the heart of Bologna.

About 3.5 hours.

The maximum capacity of this cooking class is 6. 

Please note this is not a private cooking class: please contact us if you’d prefer a private and customized cooking class.

The cooking class is suitable for vegetarians but not for people with gluten intolerance (or celiac disease) and vegans. Sorry, dogs are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The tour is fully refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours before start. No Show: no refund planned.
