IN THIS COOKING CLASS
The cooking class is held in a gastronomy laboratory with a professional Bolognese English-speaking chef
You will prepare the egg dough with the chef, stretch the sfoglia with the rolling pin and cut tagliatelle. You will also prepare all the ingredients for the ragù according to the original recipe
Finally, you will get to taste and enjoy your tagliatelle al ragù Bolognese!
69 € adults. The cooking class requires a minimum of 2 people.
Afternoon or evening.
From Monday to Friday.
In a gastronomy laboratory in the heart of Bologna.
About 3.5 hours.
The maximum capacity of this cooking class is 6.

The cooking class is suitable for vegetarians but not for people with gluten intolerance (or celiac disease) and vegans. Sorry, dogs are not allowed.
The tour is fully refundable if cancelled up to 48 hours before start. No Show: no refund planned.
