You will learn the secrets of tortellini and tortelloni, practice how to roll egg pasta and prepare tagliatelle in an artisan pasta laboratory, with the help of a talented sfoglina - the typical Bolognese female cooks who have been preparing handmade pasta since time unknown!
IN THIS COOKING CLASS
You will be guided by a professional English-speaking sfoglina
You will attend a show cooking on tortellini and tortelloni, learning how to fill and close these types of pasta
You will roll out your sfoglia (egg dough) and prepare tagliatelle
You will get to taste and enjoy all the 3 types of pasta you have prepared… Matched with a glass of delicious local wine!
